Refund Policy

We value the trust you place in us. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for donations made to Samrat Ashoka Charitable Trust.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Duplicate transactions due to technical error.
• Donations made by mistake (request must be raised within 7 calendar days).
• Incorrect amount charged compared to the amount authorized.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Donations already utilized toward project execution or statutory remittances.
• Requests raised after 7 days from the date of donation.

How to Request a Refund

Email your request with the transaction ID, date, amount, and reason to contact@samratashokacharitabletrust.org. We may request additional information to verify your identity and the transaction.

Refund Method and Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank/payment provider.
